Comprehensive Consultation
During these 50 minutes to one-hour consultation, our Trichologist will conduct a thorough examination of your hair and scalp, carefully questioning you to identify the root cause of any issues. A microscopic examination and biochemical assessment may be necessary to provide a more accurate evaluation. Hair samples may also be taken for further analysis, with results communicated to you by our Trichologist. Based on the findings, our Trichologist will determine if treatment is possible.

INITIAL VISIT
To ensure that your initial hair loss consultation is as productive as possible, it is essential to adhere to the following guidelines:
Come prepared with any relevant medical history or past treatments you have received for hair loss. This information will help us tailor a personalized and effective plan for you. Be open and honest during the consultation so that we can fully grasp your concerns and objectives regarding your hair growth journey.
Provide a detailed overview of your hair loss history, including when it started, how it has progressed, and any life events or grooming habits that may be associated with it. Share your family history of hair loss, past and current hairstyles, previous diagnoses and treatments, as well as any over the counter or natural remedies you have tried.
If available, bring any previous clinical exam notes, bloodwork, or biopsy results that you may have.
To aid in our discussion, bring an old photograph of your hair in its normal state, if possible. Also, list any current medications, hair loss treatments, and vitamins you are taking.
Refrain from washing your hair 48 hours before your appointment.
On the day of your visit:
Arrive with your hair in its natural state, free from any attachments or styling products. Avoid using heavy hair and scalp products, including oils, to ensure an accurate evaluation of your scalp and hair.
Remove all hair additions, such as braids, clip-ins, tape-ins, fusion, bonded, sew-ins, micro rings, weaves, and wigs, at least 48 hours before your appointment.

- A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your consultation fee when you attend.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else in need.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
